The Inter-American Development Bank integrates charitable work with usual banking functionalities. They came to Attitude looking for answers, they wanted to understand why their internal Knowledge and Learning communications work wasn’t engaging with their audience. We journeyed with IDB, discovering their story and purpose. This led us to uniting their team around the core messages of learning, sharing and progress, all through the visual language and brand we discovered.
